The key to staying underwater longer on a single breath is ‘energy-efficient diving.’ We’ll practice together the techniques that minimize oxygen consumption so you can dive more efficiently.
This small-group lesson is designed for beginners who want to learn how to dive smoothly and safely on a single breath. You'll be guided step by step through breathing techniques, equalization, and diving fundamentals, so you can feel relaxed and confident in the water.
Perfect for You If:
✔ You're new to skindiving and dream of swimming with dolphins or whales
✔ You have some experience but want to improve your form, depth, or comfort underwater
Participation Requirements:

Able to swim unaided in water deep enough that you cannot touch the bottom

In good health (no serious medical conditions)
Tour Area:
The exact location will be confirmed a few days before your lesson, taking into account weather forecasts, sea conditions, your accommodation, and skill level. Meet and finish on site (meeting point will be provided by the day before).

Reservation & Pre-lesson Confirmation
After booking, we will send you an email or DM with the participation requirements, details for the online theory session, and the day’s schedule.

Online Theory Session (1 hour)
Before your arrival, you will learn the basics—breathing techniques, equalization, dive methods, and safety rules—via a one-hour online class.

Meeting Point Notification
By the day before your lesson, we will inform you of the dive site and meeting point (beach or parking area). If you need assistance with public transit directions or rental car arrangements, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

Pre-Dive Practice & Safety Check (30 minutes)
On the day of your lesson, meet at the designated beach.
We’ll begin with a short review of the online theory (20‐30 minutes), followed by breathing practice and equalization checks on land.
After a safety briefing and light stretching, we’ll move into the water.

In-Water Training – (1‐1.5 hours)
You’ll practice duck dives and fin kicks in shallow water. The instructor will check your form and offer real-time guidance.

Feedback
After the session, we’ll provide you with edited video footage along with detailed feedback and a review of key points. We’ll also suggest tailored practice plans and training tips for your continued improvement.
