Who Can Join?
・Ages 18 and over
・Physically and mentally healthy (please inform us in advance of any medical history)
・Able to swim 200m or snorkel 300m without assistance

 What You’ll Learn
・Freediving Theory: Pressure, buoyancy, safety principles, and rescue basics
・Breathing Techniques: Relaxation breathing for efficient and calm dives
・Equalization: How to manage pressure using the Frenzel method
・Diving Techniques: Vertical rope diving and finning skills
・Safety & Rescue: Risk prevention, buddy system, and emergency responses

3-Day Schedule(Sample)
Day 1 AM: Theory (online option available) | PM: Pool Training (Naze area)
Day 2 AM: Open Water Training | PM: Theory + Open Water (Koniya area)
Day 3 AM: Open Water Training | PM: Online Written Exam

Note: Dive sites are selected based on weather and ocean conditions, and finalized a few days in advance.

Complete Theory Online! Finish your theory sessions online before you arrive, so you can spend more time exploring the beautiful island during your stay.


 Certification Requirements (AIDA2 Standard)
・STA (Static breath-hold): Minimum 2 minutes
・DYN (Dynamic apnea in pool): 40 meters
・CWTB (Constant weight with bifins in open water): 12–20 meters
・Rescue drill (simulated emergency scenario)
・Theory exam: 75% or higher
