This course is more than just going deeper—it’s about diving with confidence, awareness, and control.
Learn how to work with your body, understand the ocean, and push your limits safely.

Who Can Join?
・18 years or older
・In good physical and mental health
(please consult us in advance if you have any medical history)
・AIDA2 certified
(Crossovers from other freediving agencies are welcome – contact us for details)

What You’ll Learn
・Advanced Equalization: Mastering the Frenzel technique under pressure
・Freediving Physiology: How your body adapts to depth, CO₂, and pressure
・Training Methods: Using tables and strategies to improve breath-hold and efficiency
・Freefall Technique: Descend smoothly and effortlessly using gravity
・Safety & Rescue: Deep diving protocols and risk management

Course Schedule(Sample)
Day 1 AM: Theory | PM: Pool Training (Naze area)
Day 2 AM: Open Water | PM: Theory + Open Water (Koniya area)
Day 3 AM: Open Water | PM: Online Exam + Open Water
Day 4 AM: Pool Training (refinement & final practice)

Note: Schedule may vary depending on sea and weather conditions. Dive sites are chosen and confirmed a few days prior to each session.

Certification Requirements (AIDA3 Standard)
・STA (Static Apnea): Minimum 2 minutes 45 seconds
・DYN (Dynamic Apnea in Pool): 55 meters
・CWTB (Constant Weight with Bifins – Open Water): 24 to 30 meters
・Rescue Skills and Safety Procedures
・Theory Exam (online): 75% or higher
