Who Can Join?
・18 years or older
・In good physical and mental health
(please consult us in advance if you have any medical history)
・AIDA2 certified
(Crossovers from other freediving agencies are welcome – contact us for details)

Course Schedule(Sample)
Day 1 AM: Theory | PM: Pool Training (Naze area)
Day 2 AM: Open Water | PM: Theory + Open Water (Koniya area)
Day 3 AM: Open Water | PM: Online Exam + Open Water
Day 4 AM: Pool Training (refinement & final practice)

Note: Schedule may vary depending on sea and weather conditions. Dive sites are chosen and confirmed a few days prior to each session.

Complete Theory Online! Finish your theory sessions online before you arrive, so you can spend more time exploring the beautiful island during your stay.

Certification Requirements (AIDA3 Standard)
・STA (Static Apnea): Minimum 2 minutes 45 seconds
・DYN (Dynamic Apnea in Pool): 55 meters
・CWTB (Constant Weight with Bifins – Open Water): 24 to 30 meters
・Rescue Skills and Safety Procedures
・Theory Exam (online): 75% or higher
