AIDA1:Experience Course
— Your First Step into the Underwater World —
Not quite ready for a full certification course? AIDA 1 is a condensed, hands-on introduction to freediving.
Learn the essentials—breathing techniques, equalization, safety management—and put them into practice with in-water line drills.
AIDA2:Beginner Course
— Face Your Breath, Connect More Deeply with the Sea —
In this program, you’ll master breathing techniques, equalization methods, and safety management through a structured curriculum—and then refine those skills with intensive in-water training.
Meet the certification requirements, and you’ll earn your AIDA 2 license.

AIDA3: Intermidiate Course
— Take Freediving Deeper, Freer, and Safer —
Building on the foundation you gained in AIDA 2, this intermediate course is designed to help you dive deeper, more comfortably, and with greater safety.
In this program, you’ll systematically master techniques such as:

Buddy training and rescue procedures
With these skills, you’ll be able to savor the ocean’s depths to the fullest.
