このAIDA1体験コースでは、呼吸法・耳抜き・安全管理などの基本を学びながら、海でのフリーダイビングを実際に体験できます。
最大3名の少人数制だから、初心者の方でも安心してご参加いただけます。
お友達やパートナーとご一緒なら、**ペア割（10％OFF）**も適用可能です。

📚 スケジュール（例）
🔹 午前：座学
呼吸法：リラックスして潜るための呼吸法
耳抜き：圧平衡の基本（フレンツェル法の導入）
安全管理：水中での基本的なリスクとその対処法

🔹 午後：海洋実習
フィンワークの練習
息止めとロープを使った潜行の体験
基本的なレスキューとバディシステムの実践

― Experience Freediving in Just One Day ―
Curious about freediving but not ready to commit to a full certification course?
This 1-day experience course is perfect for those who want to explore the basics of freediving in a fun, relaxed, and supportive setting.

You’ll learn essential skills like breathing techniques, equalization, and safety awareness, then head into the beautiful ocean of Amami to try your first dives.
Our small-group format (max 3 people) ensures that each participant receives plenty of guidance and personalized attention.

Whether you come solo or with a friend, this is your chance to discover the freedom of diving on a single breath.

In good physical and mental health

🔹 Morning: Classroom Session
Relaxation breathing for freediving
Equalization techniques (intro to Frenzel)
Basic freediving safety principles

🔹 Afternoon: Open Water Training
Fin techniques and streamlined movement
Breath-hold and diving practice along a rope
Basic buddy system and rescue skills
Note: Schedule may be adjusted depending on weather and ocean conditions.
